Park Village was built in 1973 through a joint venture of Haven J. Barlow and Dale Smedley known as Dale Corporation. At the time there was a high demand for affordable housing. Our community was built in several sections as they became occupied; hence the lot numbering order. Each summer we hold a community social for the residence to better know their neighbors and provide dinner and games.

Unlike many other communities; the founding company, Dale Corporation, is still the owner of Park Village and is very proud of the family friendly community it has become.
